Hello, my name is Anna Kocon Gomes. I’m a therapist with a dual background in Psychology and Art Therapy, and a Graduate Member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) as well as an Accredited Member of the Irish Association of Creative Arts Therapists (IACAT)—ensuring that my practice meets the highest professional and ethical standards.


My journey began with a deep curiosity about people and their inner worlds, which led me to study Psychology in Poland. Since moving to Ireland in 2015, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families in a wide range of settings—from general counselling and crisis intervention to Employee Assistance Programs and specialised parent–infant center.
